Everything will be different for high school football this fall

The Louisiana High School Athletic Association is moving the start of the 2020 high school football season back to October 8. This is due to Governor John Bel Edwards’ decision to keep the state in Phase 2 until at least August 28.

FHS defeats Tylertown to get back on the winning track

The Franklinton Demons football team returned to their winning ways last Friday as they defeated the Tylertown Chiefs 30-18 on the road in a see-saw contest that was in doubt until late in the game. The win moves the Demons’ record to 2-2 with an upcoming non-district game with the Sumner Cowboys this Thursday on the road.
