The Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office remains confident that a well-publicised Angie murder will be solved. But homicide investigations take time, said Chief Deputy Mike Haley.

FHS grad wins LSA scholarship

Each year, the Louisiana Sheriffs' Association awards sixty-four scholarships to worthy Louisiana high school graduates to provide assistance in furthering their education and training. One student is selected from each parish by the Sheriff of that parish.
