Well everyone it’s officially Summer according to the calendar and we can definitely feel it. We’ve been under a heat advisory for awhile now. I've been practicing doing my outside chores (container gardening/mowing) in the early morning hours, when it’s the coolest. Despite this I still get drenched in sweat & have to intentionally hydrate (take in fluids) continuously. I had a pretty scary episode with dehydration last year and do not wish to experience that again. Everyone, be careful out there. Be safe and stay healthy.
