Reflections:
*On Joy: Joy is a deep, lasting feeling of intense happiness, delight, or contentment, often stemming from purpose, meaning, or relationships. It is distinct from fleeting happiness which relies on external events. One does not have to have wealth or material things to experience Joy. A person does, however, have to be content with what they have and refrain from wanting what someone else has. Having a Joyous spirit will allow one to celebrate the accomplishments of others with a smile. If you don’t have it, seek it and if you have it, share it!
