Greetings Everyone! Thank God for the sunshine and the rain, as we need them both to maintain human life. I had a lady say to me the other day that the rain makes the grass grow faster and she has to pay to get her grass cut. My response was a nod of my head and a smile. You see, I remember when just a few weeks ago the grass was brown and leaves were falling from trees, due to the lack of rain. We were even under a “Burn-Ban”. In fact, it was so dry & so hot that I was hoping that a “spontaneous combustion” event didn’t occur. I don’t even know if this is possible so, I choose to just count my Blessings and be Grateful that things are as well as they are.

Reflections:
*On Unity:
*It is a pleasant thing to witness Unity in action. As I reflect on the two schools in our community, I feel a sense of pride. From academics to extra curriculum I see opportunities to learn and enjoy are implemented, by the information posted. Coming together to educate our children is a task that the admins, faculty & staff deserve to be consistently appreciated for. So, here’s a great big THANK YOU from me to all of you for your efforts and hardwork. Again, it is a pleasant thing to witness Unity in action. *Keep loving one another more and more each day, GPigott*
