Washington Parish President Ryan and Mrs. Tonia Seal, and Mr. Randy Ponthieux and Mrs. Jeri Lynn Ponthieux announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Annabella Ivy Seal, to Zachary Robert Rayburn, son of Mr. Benjamin Rayburn and Mrs. Michelle Rayburn.
Annabella is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Herring, the late Mrs. Ivy V. Seal, the late Mr. Henry Lavelle Seal and the late Mrs. Nelda C. Seal.
She is a graduate of Ben's Ford Christian School and Southeastern Louisiana University, where she received her Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Annabella is currently employed with Bogalusa City Schools as a speech-language pathologist.
Zachary is the grandson of Mrs. Cidette Rayburn and the late Honorable Benny Rayburn, and Mr. Richard Mizell and the late Mrs. Ginger Mizell.
He is a graduate of Live Oak High School and ITI Technical College, where he received his associate degree in Instrumentation and Control Systems. Zachary is currently employed with Timber Creek Insurance in Bogalusa as a loss control specialist.
The couple will be united in marriage in a 5:00 o'clock p.m. ceremony on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at The Chapel at First Baptist Church in Covington. A reception will follow at Money Hill Country Club.
Following their honeymoon, the couple will reside in Bogalusa.
