Recognizing some more local Black History in Washington Parish is Mrs. Louisa Warren Davis who is the Vice President of Citizens Bank, and Mrs. Linda Magee who has been driving the same bus route for 30 years which she still loves dearly.
In church news Bethel Church of Christ holiness USA, pastored by Eld. Alvin Partman, will have our Annual Women's Day on March 9th, 2025, at 2 pm. The guest speaker will be elect Rene Tate from Faith in the Word Pastor Jacob Tate Sr. Come and be blessed.
The special prayer list includes the Davis family, the Fortenberry family, Heart family, Warren family, Lott family, Sarah Williams family, Marie Jacobs, and the Brown family from Hackley.
