Here is some news you can use. Winan United Methodist Church will have their Good Friday service on April 18, 2025, at 6:00 pm. The speakers are as follows: Minister New York from New Life Ministries of Amite, Pastor Donald Duke Chance from New Life Ministers of Amite, Pastor Jerome Warren from Greater Hayes Creek Missionary Baptist Church. The next generation Pastor Drake Westmoreland of First Baptist Church Franklinton, Rev. Johnny Causey Sr. from New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church., Sup. Cecealins Tate from Magee Temple Church of God in Christ, and the last elder Jacob Tate Sr. from Faith in the Word. Please come and be blessed.
The pastor of Winan church is Rev. Fredrick Sweetwyne who is a very good speaker. I enjoyed last year's service. On April 20 at 9 am Lighthouse Pentecost pastor Rev Norman Robinson will be having family and friends' day. Come and share the joy.
Keep your ears, women's day will be at Sweet Home Church of Christ Holiness USA pastor by Eld. Golden at 2 pm April 27th, 2200, Greenlaw Avenue Franklinton. Well back up at 12 am Winan Church will have their women's day program on the 27th as well.
Another reminder of the class of 1975 was a good year. Thank God for the ones we heard and talked to and have sent their money in already. The dates for the class reunion is September 19th-21st so check out the day. The place is the state park on Hwy. 25 near Franklinton.
