The Waverley Club is pleased to announce a new event in downtown Franklinton for the Christmas season.
This coming Sunday, November 30 at 5:30 pm, the Waverley Triangle and the Rock House will be lit to mark the beginning of Christmas in Franklinton.
Planners are hoping to feature some local entertainment and a visit from the North Pole.
The Waverley Club, established in 1908, is also the sponsor of the Santa Float that visits local schools and has seen decorations and lights grow in the past few years. The club is expecting a fun time to officially open the season and invites all those who love Christmas to attend.
