Game of the Week - Bogalusa (0-0) at Independence (0-0) The Lumberjacks are in year one under their new coach as he is looking to rebuild the team almost from the ground up. Independence is in year two of a rebuild and while they have improved, they aren't there yet. Bogalusa struggled late in their jamboree game with Amite due to the Warriors wearing them down. The Tigers will not be as big or as deep as Amite and the Lumberjacks should be able to remain in the game for a much longer period.
Obviously, both teams want to begin the season with a win as they can build on a win better than they can build on a loss.
