Krewe of Pepe royalty for the Krewe’s 2025 Mardi Gras season has been selected.
The Krewe, founded by Pepe Tate, has named Cody and Alana Wise as the new King and Queen. They will reign over the Krewe’s upcoming Mardi Gras season and will lead the annual parade through Franklinton on March 2, 2025.
Cody has been a lifelong resident of Franklinton where he and his wife Alana currently reside along with their son, Kingsley.
Cody is employed at Citizens Savings Bank as Vice President/Loan Officer where he has been for 11 years and Alana is a sought-after cosmetologist at J Renee Salon in Covington.
Cody has also been active in the entertainment industry for more than 10 years, starting as a singer in an award winning nationwide Elvis Presley tribute show and then landing a role on Broadway in New York City in music theater which led him into transitioning into film acting, where he has appeared in several films as an actor as well as being involved in film production. Cody was nominated by the Los Angeles Film Awards as Best Actor in an Independent Film/Series for his performance in "Charley's House" and has been nominated for several awards throughout many film festivals around the world for the film "American Crow".
Cody and Alana said they are honored to be selected, and they invite everyone to watch the annual Krewe of Pepe parade in March.
