As we continue to move through the month of September, let us not forget to attend to the needs of the people in our homes and communities. Oftentimes it is the seemingly small things that mean the most to people such as a; phone call or text, hug, smile, word of encouragement, holding a door, giving up our spot in a line, etc. None of these things involve money but they do require that we give of your time. Time spent with a person (however brief or long) is priceless and precious. Let us then practice taking better care of one another “in word and deed”. (Colossians 3:17)
