This standard time that we’re on now has not had any affect on me. In the past when I was working, I have had to “adjust” when the time “falls back an hour”. After retiring and reflecting on my new point of view (POV), I concluded that my “growing older & wiser” is having a “calming” effect on me. So much so that I’m learning that “Time” in whatever mode is precious and I want to spend my “Time” in Peace.

*Communion Sunday Worship Service was held on November 10th, with Rev. Anice Moses presiding. Her sermon came from the Gospel according to St. Mark 12:43-44 and was entitled: Are We Pleasing Jesus With Our Giving? Rev. Moses reminded us that when we give our time, money or with our presence we should give from the heart. #GodLovesACheerful Giver (2 Corinthians 9:7) *Amen*
*Sis Cynthia August gave aTribute to Honor all Veterans for their service to our country, in recognition of the Veteran’s Day Holiday (11-11-2024).

*The Youth were the sponsors for the Annual Veteran’s Day Program on Sunday, Nov.10th. The theme for this Honorable occasion was: The Brave Veterans.
Mt. Zion MBC (Varnado):
*A “Pastor & Wife Appreciation Celebration” to honor Dr. Byron Muse, Sr. & 1st Lady Deborah Muse for 8 years of service has been scheduled. This program will be on Sunday, November 17th @ 11am. The Guest Speaker is Dr. Linza Cotton.
