It’s quite hot outside both day and night. I hope everyone is taking care of themselves. Please respect the heat and sun’s rays by staying hydrated, using sunscreen and seeking shaded areas when outside.
Also, I wanted to share a pleasant discovery I made with you all. While wrapping coins to deposit in my Christmas club account last week, I noticed that some of the quarters appeared to be new. Upon further inspection I saw that one of the 2021 designs portrayed Alabama’s Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Park (Established in 1998). The other design was that of Maya Angelou, from the 2022 American Women Series which consists of 5 coins. So nice to witness the recognition of these African American Citizens being honored, in this tangible manner.
