Hello there, I hope you all had a good week. Well, I know that by now you have heard that our faithful soldier has already crossed over. Mr. Hayward Partman’s name says it all. A man of God on a Mission! Mr. Hayward Partman kept me up on plenty of news that I could use. You know he was from the old school. He had surgery but he kept going like the Energizer Bunny --- took a licking but kept right ticking. Later he came with his fishing pole to win lost souls before they grew cold. The first black telephone man with Bell South, bus driver and so many more jobs he did. He is well known by so many people, but best known by God the most.
Now here is some other news that you can use. May 2nd at 12 noon on Thursday is going to be National Day of Prayer. The place is going to be at the big flagpole. The mayor and Ms. Route invited everyone to attend!
The New Church, the Living Center, pastor by Delask Dillon invites the public for men's night May 4, 2024, at 7 pm on Wood's Road.
Shoe Size Rally is going to be at Magee's Temple Church on May 19, 2024, at 9am In remembrance of the (late) Anita Faye Brumfield. Pastor Supt. Cecealine Tate invites the public.
Happy Birthday to everyone!
Please pray for these people and families; Dawson/Magee family, Elder Albert Brumfield family, Partman family, Serenity Village, and the Bickham family.
