Hello there, I hope all is doing well, but we know there are many who are sick and we are losing loved ones every day, but we still need to be thankful to God anyway.
Here are some good activities going on around here on these upcoming dates. Please put your skates on so you can keep up.
First, August 18th through the 23rd at 7:30 p.m., the place to be is at Elder Jacob Tate Jr. Faith In the Word Ministries presents "Heal Our Land Tent Crusade". The messenger will be Darryl G. McCoy, Sr. Trumpet in Zion Fellowship, Inc.
Also, on August 8th through the 25th is special miracle Sunday at 11 A.M. The location is going to be 23749 Hwy 430 Franklinton. You are all invited to come out.
The other 2 dates are in Clifton. It is going to be at New Jerusalem M.B.C. and the pastor is Rev. Johnny Causey Sr. They will have their 3-night revival! It is going to be August 19th through the 21st at 7 p.m. The guest speaker will be the great Bobby Showers Jr. Please, it is okay to bring as many as you can with you because we need for each and everyone to be saved and blessed and less stressed.
This 3rd date is going to knock your socks off. Put your ears on good! The place to be on August 24th at 9 A.M at Greater Hayes Creek Life Center, 31499 Hayes Creek Road, Franklinton. The attire is just casual clothing, and all ages are welcome to join. It is $25 ages 24 and up. The occasion is A Women's Impact Conference. Join us for an inspiration journey of empowerment at the Creek. A panel discussion will include mental health, social media, sports, food, prizes, and more!
National Women in Agriculture Association will be having a special guest attend. That special guest is Ruthie Bolton, 2x Gold Medal Olympian! They will have more special guests there as well, so don't stay home. Come out to see and speak to them all.
A reminder that the pastor of Winan United Methodist Church, Rev. Sweetwine invites the public on the fourth Sunday in August 2024 at 11:00 am, family and friends' day. Come and bring a friend with you. He also preaches the word!
A special prayer list goes out to Curtis Taylor/family, late Antronette Causey/family (my 1975 classmate), the Handy family, Roy Wilson Jr./family, Christine Boyet/family, Serenity Village, Marie Brown Magee, Jerome Warren Sr., and all churches, hospitals, schools, and all who are under the doctor's care.
