I hope you all have had a fabulous week. Between church camps, doctor’s appointments, cleaning out, dental appointments, driver’s ed, school shopping, etc it has been extremely busy for us. I am really not ready to go back to work this week, but once I get used to my schedule and back into my groove things will get better.
Teachers start back to work on August 1st, and we will be in meetings, trainings, and working in our rooms until time for our kiddos to come back.
The Youth Sunday at Enon Baptist Church was postponed until next Sunday, August 4th, we look forward to seeing you there! Sunday School is at 9:30 am, Worship at 10:40 am, Sunday night is at 6 pm in the fellowship hall, and Wednesday nights in the fellowship hall at 6 pm.
Come exercise and fellowship at 5:30 pm on Mondays is Chair Yoga and Light Walking, Thursdays is Walking.
There will be an annual Prayer Walk around EES on Sunday, August 4th at 6 pm.

Condolences to the families of Kenneth Martin, Sr. and the Nelon Family. The Nelon’s sang with the Gaither’s and were flying to go on a Gaither Homecoming Cruise to Alaska, but their plane crashed on the way. Please be in prayer for all of the family and friends that were on board. Some of their songs are “Goodness of God”, “Scars in Heaven”, and “Jordan”.
School starts for students on August 7th. Enon Elementary School will have Meet Your Teacher August 6th, 8 am to 9 am is for Pre-K to 2nd grade, then 9 am to 10 am is 3rdgrade to 6th grade. We look forward to seeing you!

The Enon Library has had many visitors and crafters. Make sure you stop by to visit some of my favorite ladies at the library!
The Washington Parish Reading Council had a kickoff on July 25th at Bessie’s Sweet Treats. That reminds me I need to renew my membership! The Council sponsors the Youth Author Contest and many other literary advocacy programs. We would love for you to join!
