The descendants of Jim and Ophelia Schilling gathered July 16th, at the Ruritan Club, for a Schilling Reunion. Lots of delicious food was enjoyed by all, including snoballs and even watermelon, compliments of Keith and Karen Schilling. Games were played and kin folks conversated with each other. Everyone had a great time! Plans are already being made for next year's reunion.

Last week, the youth group went on a camping retreat to Percy Quin State Park. Friday night's youth service had to be rescheduled (due to bad weather) to Sunday morning. Therefore, we were all blessed to hear the testimony of Mrs. Brandi Thomas. Brandi and her husband reside in Tickfaw. She spoke of her struggles with drug addiction that affected her for many years, and how she overcame addiction through the love of Jesus. A powerful testimony, indeed!
Everyone is welcome to join us on Sunday mornings at 10 AM, Tuesday evenings at 7 PM and Wednesday evenings at 7 PM for Bible study and Children and Youth classes.
May this last week of July be a wonderful week for you all!
