Condolences to the family of Mrs. Linda Dier, the beloved school dance photographer. She was definitely a friend to Mt. Hermon School, and so good to the students. She will certainly be missed.

MHS FFA members competed at the Area IV Competition at the LSU campus in Baton Rouge. 11 students, which consisted of 3 teams competed in Floriculture, Vet Tech, and Nursery Landscape. They all did great and represented MHS well. MHS FFA is sponsored by Mrs. Sandra Givens.
Lady Jackets Softball team is selling individual bundlet cakes for $5.50 each. These amazing cakes are made by Nothing Bundt Cakes, located in Covington. They are available in 6 flavors: chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, lemon, confetti and classic vanilla. It's the sweetest way to support the team!
The next home Softball game is this Friday, April 8th at 4:30 PM. MHS vs. Hammond. The next home baseball game is next Thursday, April 14th at 5:30 PM. MHS vs. St. Helena.

Bogue Chitto Baptist Church
The annual Easter egg hunt is scheduled for next Friday, April 15th. Vacation Bible School will be held June 6th-10th, from 8:30 til 11:30 AM. They also plan to have a jambalaya dinner and bake sale fundraiser in the near future, to support the children and youth.
Regular Sunday school service is at 9:30 AM, with worship service following at 10:30. Prayer meeting and children's Bible study is on Wednesday nights at 5:30 PM. Everyone is welcome to join!
