Hello once again, with dark clouds in the sky; probably will be raining by late afternoon. At the time of this writing Wednesday, rain is predicted for the rest of the week. At my house it has rained on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and light sprinkle yesterday, Tuesday. It surely was needed for the gardens/crops. Not to mention helping that grass to grow. Even though gas is very expensive, we must cut it so our yards look good!
Wesley Watson, son of David and Sharon Watson graduated from Mandeville High School Class of 2022. Four hundred and forty-eight graduates received diplomas and awards on May 10th. The ceremony was held at Southeastern Louisiana University. Mandeville High School Band played for the Processional and Recessional. Wesley's parents, grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends were there to cheer him on. He was so proud and happy.

A little humor for the day-LAUGH OUT LOUD! In my column for June 22nd a couple mistakes was made. First of all I made a boo-boo. The temperature was not 103 degrees (but was 99 degrees), it was the head index. Ladies were covered in red and white cheek clothes; was supposed to be "tables". A couple of my friends and I had a good laugh. We were not dressed in red and white cheek, but probably would have gotten lots of attention. Remember, we all make mistakes, so let's move on.
I'll visit with you next week-same time, same station if the Lord permits. Take care-Nell
Thanks Nell
