Week of Prayer for State Missions and the Georgia Barnett Offering began September 8th through the 15th. Prayer guides were handed out and everyone was encouraged to pray for the missionaries and their needs. The offering will be sent to help spread the gospel in Louisiana. Please consider giving to this offering.

I enjoyed visiting Lawrence Creek Missionary Baptist Church on Sunday, August 18th for Revival service. Their pastor, Bro. Duane Ball preached on Sunday. This visiting preacher was Bro. Trey Jenkins. The ladies of the church prepared a delicious meal, being served following the morning service. My sister Jackie and brother Troy also went. It was great seeing my classmate Louis Tynes, Mrs. Linda Whaley, Josie Breland, and others I don't see often.
Labor Day has passed. Hope your day was safe and enjoyable. Bryan grilled and I did the sides. By the way it rained at my house, not a lot but a good shower. Now we look forward to the next holiday.
Continue to pray for the sick, ad please add Lois Tynes, and Betty Cooper my classmate to the list.
Until next writing, same time same station, prayer fully Nell.
