Hello to all! We have made it through September. Now it's time for October which will be a very busy month. Yes, it's almost fair time. We all look forward to the fair in the month of October. We are still hanging on to the heat, but surely cool weather is on its way.
Don't forget we are still collecting for the Georgia Barnette State Mission Offering. Also pray for the many needs and give to the mission offering.
The MHS student body gathered around the flagpole last Wednesday, September 25th. It was a very special ceremony with prayer and singing.
MHS is collecting canned foods. There are boxes in the halls for the collection. All proceeds from $2 dress days go the St. Jude's Cancer- Research.
Happy October birthday to the following my special friends Mrs. Katherine Magee, Connie Jenkins, London Strange, Keely Falgout, Bayleigh Burch, Rebecca Crain, Jerry Dean Smith, Laken Moore, Kyle Russell Hartoy, Bobby Accardo, Cody Hughes, Lane Thomas, Bro. Fredrick Brumfield, Cason Ricks, Jaxson Crosby, Nash Taylor, Logan Parta, Cody Hughes, Maggie Ingram, Destiny Brumfield, Isabella Glaze, Jasmine Rester, and Finley Taylor.
Heart felt sympathy to the families who have recently loss loved ones; Linda Durden family, the Raymond Warren family, the Penichon Thomas Wood family, and to the Manette Bateman family.
Also, to our family with the passing of our dear loved one Troy Ingram. Our loved ones mean a lot to us and when they are gone there is a void in our heart, but there is comfort in the Lord.
Remember to pray for the sick, the lonely, and shut in. Give them a call or a visit. You will certainly brighten their day.
