Hello again everyone. I do hope this finds you all well. I know there have been several sick with the Covid the last few weeks. Let us pray for one another, whether we are sick or well. In the good times and not so good times.
As you read this, my home church, Lawrence Creek Missionary Baptist, is in the middle of revival services. 7:00 pm each night, except Friday night and we will start at 6:30 pm for some extra singing. I know it's football season, but if you don't want to sit out in this heat, come on by one night and enjoy the preaching by our visiting minister, Eld. Trey Jenkins.
Please remember the following families in your prayers as they mourn the loss of their loved ones: . . . . The Katherine Peters Family, The Huey Duncan Family, The Ivell Miley Family, The Bertha Hartzog Family, and The Doug Dillon Family.
Happy Birthday to the following: . . . . Mike Stuart, Annwood Stewart, Mirandah Rogers, Austen Hughes, Randy Strickland, Deborah Ingram, John Cooper, Victoria Jarrell, Steve Stewart, Terry Fortenberry, Tommy Magee, Lorie Vernon, Cody Williams, Arabella Gerald, Bryce Davis, Terry Miley, and Carlie Turnage.
Happy Anniversary to the following: . . . . . Eric & Amber Knight, Byron & Bronis Brumfield, and Darren & Shanda Thomas.
Last week's Bible Question: . . . .How are Jesus and John The Baptist related? ..... The answer is, Through their mothers they were cousins. ( Luke 1:36)
This week's Bible Question: . . . . Whose life was saved by being lowered over a wall, in a basket?
Quote for the week: . . . . "The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese." ........( Willie Nelson)
Alright ya'll. That's all for this time. Ya'll take care and be blessed. Stay hydrated..!!! This heat is NO joke..!!!
