Congratulations to the Pine High Raider Football team once again for their victory over Pearl River. We were able to attend the Pine/Franklinton Football game two Friday nights ago at Pine High Stadium. It was a big night for our parish. Both teams played a really good game. At the end of the 4th quarter, we had a tied game. 21-21. So, into overtime we went. Pine scored first to make it Pine 28 - 21. Franklinton had their turn. They scored as well making the game Pine 28 - Franklinton 27. Franklinton went for 2 points instead of kicking the extra point. They pushed through and won the game 29-28. What a game it was!
