Hello again everyone. Well, Summer is officially here and it's been hot. Ya'll stay safe out there in this heat. Please make sure you drink plenty of water or other fluids if you have to be outside.
Bible Baptist Church at 29567 Hwy 424, Franklinton (Thomas area) will have Vacation Bible School July 8th - 11th from 6:00PM - 8:30PM each evening. Ages are 4 - 18 years old. The theme is "Water of Life"
Pine High school's Ag department will have a "Hunter Safety" course July 1- 3 from 8:00 - to 12:00 each day. Must be 10 years old by June 29th. The course is free. Must attend all three classes and pass written and shooting exam to receive the certification. Register online at Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.
