Community Activity
The First Farmers Market was held on the old Vernon School Campus. It was successful and the weather stayed beautiful. I'm a morning person so I stopped by the Market early. Venders were setting up and many hadn't made it. When I came back many were gone and the rest were packing up. Yep, I missed it! I went to a nearby home and bought some Smoked Turkey Legs and they were delicious. Time matters, if you want to be on time. When I asked "how was it" they stated that it was nice, they are looking forward to the next one, and seeing its growth. The next Farmers Market will be the third Saturday in July.
Birthday Blessing
On June 29, 1965 a beautiful baby girl was born and her parents named her Debra Renay Wilson. They knew she would be Confident, Fearless, Caring, Talented, and One of a Kind. She was born at night because God knew she would be able to light her way. I can add a more but the point has been made. Thanking God for allowing me to see another year Healthy- Correct Minded - and Able to Do. Happy Birthday to Me!
