Hope you all had a productive week. The Thanksgiving Holiday will be here soon and I for one am looking forward to it. I purposely avoided eating turkey throughout the year in order to savory it at Thanksgiving dinner. Oh, and the many ways that leftovers can be enjoyed is also a tasty treat. Let me know how you creatively prepare your leftover turkey.

*The sermon for the Communion Sunday Worship Service, on Nov. 6th came from the Gospel according to St. Luke 20:27-38. It was entitled:The God of The Living”. Rev. August preached that; God is not a God of the dead but of the living, which makes us a people of a living God and that we should live this life preparing for the next life. The way to prepare is to: talk to God/pray continually, cast your burdens upon Him, keep your tongue from evil and do the “Righteous” thing.
