Today is the last Wednesday of the year 2022. I hope that everyone is doing well, after those arctic temperatures and weather conditions last week.
As we work our way through the winter season, remember that our mental health is just as important as our physical health. We definitely want to continue to keep a healthy immune system to avoid colds, flu and other seasonal illnesses. Also, we should promote a healthy mental frame of mind to avoid the “winter blues” and maintain an outlook on life.
Consider the following “5 Tips” for good mental health, during this holiday season (and beyond). (1. Get enough sleep (2. Don’t take on too much (3. Everything in moderation (4. Stay connected to loved ones & (5. Perform an act of kindness. (Today’s Adapt Message 12-19-2022).
