Hello there, I hope all is well. That was some quick bad weather the other evening right here in Franklinton The other side of the lake didn't get any, the trees were dancing, the wind was whipping, and the heavy rain was coming down, and in some places it was hailing. Thank God it only lasted for a short time. God is so good to us.
In community news the Manning Snowball Stand will be opened from Thursday through Sunday from 3 pm through 6:30 pm. Come get a cool down!
The Great Southwestern Diocese Convention will be held on June 22-25, 2023 in Baton Rouge. Thank God for Rev. Benson Magee. He is 95 years young. Thank God for his families everywhere.
Let us pray for the Brown/Bickham family in losing cousin Bessie Brown Bickham. You remember the red pick-up truck she drove everywhere. She was a great help to me during the Fair time. She was already missing after she got ill, she will be missed more now.
A special prayer list to Brown's family, Bickhams family, Magees family, Warren's family, Tyson family, Hazel Crain, Ida Le Sibly, and Sarah Williams.
To all who lost loved ones everywhere and to all who are ill and under the doctor's care.
