Hello there I hope you enjoyed reading about the rocking chair couple which was my Aunt Sylvia and Uncle Charles, may they have a long life.
Some great news I would love to share with all of you is New Jerusalem Baptist Church will be going on a trip to Mobile and Foley, Alabama on November 19th. The fee to attend the trip is $60. If you are going the bus will be leaving the Winn-Dixie parking lot at 7 a.m. and will be returning around the same time. There are only a few seats left so if you would like to go or have questions contact Carol Dillon at (985) 515-2775 or Gloria Magee at (985) 839-5954.
Also a Thanksgiving Harvest will be happening at New Jerusalem Baptist Church. It will be held on November 20th at 11:00 a.m. service. The guest speaker will be Rev. Rodney Barmey. He is the pastor of Abundant Life Baptist Church in Covington, La. Come one Come all.
Rev. Johnny Causey, Sr. Pastor will be at Bethel Church Fall Revival from November 14th, 15th and 16th at 4 p.m. I know if you end up getting the paper late, you maybe can catch two nights.
