December 4, 2021 marked an evening of sheer enchantment, perfect love, and absolute joy as Shelby Partman (Daughter of Eld. Alvin & Mrs. Sharon Partman) wed her perfect love, Chris Houston, under the starlit skyline of the city of New Orleans. The unaffected elegance of this event will be forever etched in the hearts and minds of all in attendance. Shelby’s storybook night was enhanced by the presence of her paternal grandfather, Hayward Partman, and maternal grandmother, Rhetta Jacob. Mr. Hayward beamed with utter delight as this event allowed him to be surrounded by his many offspring and encapsulated by their infinite love.
