The Christmas Parade and Mile Branch Christmas were absolutely stunning this past weekend. I enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and also seeing my mama and Aunt Charlotte back in their element at the Jones Cabin. I have not been able to visit the Memory Trees yet, but I look forward to seeing them this week. Now if the weather would get its life together and be coolish/cold for a while that would be great. Christmas is such a magical time of year, not because of Santa, but because of the true meaning of Christmas, family, friends, lights, and the smiles and twinkles of the old and young alike.
