Blood Drive for my brother Mike Sharp last Saturday. It was good to see so many support him in his fight against leukemia. I was able to see two people actually give platelets which was very cool and there were about 11-12 more who gave whole blood.
There will be another Blood Drive this Saturday, March 25th at the Franklinton Fire Department from 9 am to 4 pm. We also have glow in the dark orange bracelets that say #miraclesformike and raffle tickets for a variety of prizes. (I would LOVE to win one of them!) There will be many more fun activities coming up to help support Mike and his wife Natalie, and just for you to have a good time. (They have a garage sale coming up at Riverside Medical Center at the end of April and a Car/Bike Show with live music, food, and more at the beginning of May.) There will be more information coming soon.
