Happy Thanksgiving! We really have so much to be thankful for, I honestly can’t thank God enough for all He has done for me. I know that sometimes there will be sadness and sorrow, but even in those times I praise Him! I am grateful for your kind words and encouragement about reading my article as well. When I was asked to do this a few years ago I wasn’t sure I could, but here we are!
Enon Baptist Church Youth had a great Night on the Levee as a fundraiser for Camp Fuego church camp. The Youth are also selling t-shirts as well for $33. ($20 goes towards the Youth) We had a great Thanksgiving Dinner Sunday evening at church and are blessed with phenomenal cooks! We love our church family and to see it growing makes me happy. If you would like to purchase a poinsettia, check with Jennifer Ginn by November 26th. They can be purchased in honor or memory of someone for $11. The WOM Mission Project for Christmas is to create candy bags to hand out during the Christmas season. The bags will be assembled on November 29th. There will be no Wednesday night activities this week.
Condolences to the families of Roger Thames and Michael Fussell.

Harlie Knight and Cole Williams will be married on December 2nd and Siera Williams and Bradley Wesley will be married December 9th. Best wishes to both couples!
I am so grateful so many folks got out and voted this past weekend. Big changes are coming for our parish, and I am excited to see how we grow!
Special Olympics was held at Franklinton High School last Thursday. We had some Enon Eagles coming home with several medals! We are so proud of you! We also had a LOT of decorated turkeys to adorn our hallways. The students did an amazing job working on them!
I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving week spending time with your family and friends!
