If you haven’t visited the Bogue Chitto State Park recently, I highly recommend it. My husband James and I went “hiking” over the weekend. We saw lots of turtles, fish, and a squirrel. We definitely hit all of our steps walking on the hiking trails. They have built on to the area where you can ride horses and you can also rent horses there. There is an interpretive kid’s area, the trails to hike, day use area, disc golf, and bike trails. It really is a nice place to visit for $3 per person.
The Enon Youth Veggie Sale ends March 3rd. If you would still like to order, please contact Mrs. Miranda Blackwell, myself, or another Youth. This is always a huge hit with helping the Youth go church camp.
The Women’s Retreat begins this week on February 29th. Please be in prayer for the Ladies and that the Lord will speak to them. If you would like to donate snacks, drinks, etc, please speak with Sarah Sanson. They are also doing a t-shirt fundraiser.
There was a luncheon for Volunteers at EBC on Sunday. Thank you for your service to our church and community. Our Wild Game Cookoff and Bake Sale was a huge success. There will be a Golf Tournament on March 8th that will support the EBC Children’s Ministry. It will start at 7:30 am and lunch will be provided. We will also be having Youth Sunday on March 17th.

Last week we had Bus Driver Appreciation Day. We LOVE and appreciate all of the drivers.
Our students had a fabulous 100th Day of School on Friday. We loved seeing all of our little “old” ladies and gentlemen and seeing all of the unique 100’s shirts.
The Enon Library had a full house for Scrabble the other day. I am not sure if I am brave enough to try it yet, I may need to brush up on my spelling.
Congratulations to Zach and Faith Ginn on the birth of their son Oliver Blake! We can’t wait to meet you!
I hope you all have a great week and enjoy spending time with family and friends. Until next time…..
