If you have never been to Escapology or an Escape Room, the Youth from Enon Baptist Church highly recommend it. They had a great time figuring out the clues and codes in order to “escape”. Although technically they didn’t make it out in time, we consider it a win since they were able to get out about a minute after time ran out. I definitely look forward to going with friends and family myself.
The Children in Action will have “Donuts with Disciples” during Sunday School on Sunday, April 3rd. They will also be sponsoring our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 10th after Dinner on the Grounds. The Youth will be sponsoring “Movie Night on the Levee” on Saturday, April 9th. There will be concessions as well. Children in Action will have Mismatch Night on Wednesday, March 30th. Feel free to wear anything that does NOT match, Mrs. Alice has an amazing lesson set up for that night.

The Enon Library is preparing for the Summer Reading Program. They are going to have some amazing activities and visitors this summer. (By the way, even I am excited about the performances and look forward to seeing this myself) Our Pre-K group loved visiting with Mrs. Winola and Mrs. Marian this past week. We love being read to and to hear musical books about bugs. Schools are preparing to start state testing in April/May. Please remember to have your students at school on time, that they have a protein filled breakfast, and a good night’s sleep.
I hear there may be bad weather this week. I hope you all stay safe and have a great week. Most of you know I am not a fan of bad weather, so I am praying that the weather will break up before reaching us. Until next week…
