I don't know who decided to make a statement about nothing good ever coming out of Hackley, so not true. I would like to congratulate my cousin and my friend, Lisa Magee. She is the new director of curriculum and instructor for the Washington Parish School Board. She has two beautiful children, Trey Magee and Tysha Magee, who is Thomas Elementary school counselor. Bunny Lee is a proud mom. Hackley Pride!!!
Tony Handy Gary received the community service award. She is officially a certified master gardener. Congrats to my cousin for growing healthy things to eat. Shirley Ratcliff is a proud mom.
Congratulations to Aryal Harrel. She is a 4.0 presidential scholar at Alcorn State University. Her over the moon proud parents are Auchanta and Eddie Harrell and baby brother Elijah Harrell who she calls buddy.
