Raylan Sanders celebrated his 7th birthday this past Saturday, March 9th, at Chuck E. Cheese in Covington. He had 26 guests to join him for an afternoon of playing games, eating pizza, dippin dots ice cream, cookies and birthday cake. All the kids loved seeing a special appearance of Chuck E. Cheese himself. Raylan had an amazing day! He is very thankful for all the gifts he received and for all who were able to be there.

BIG Boyz Q will be in Mt. Hermon this Saturday, serving lunch across from the hardware store. Smoked meats are back! They will have brisket, chicken, pulled pork and ribs.
Mt. Hermon School
The upcoming home softball games are March 14th at 5 PM (junior high) vs. Sumner Middle, and March 15th at 5:30 PM (high school) vs. Loranger Middle. Also, the high school softball team will play Salem on March 19th at 5:30 PM. The next home baseball game is March 19th at 5:30 PM. MHS vs. Amite.
Report cards will go home March 18th.
Bogue Chitto Baptist Church

Sunny Hill Baptist Church
All are welcome for Sunday School at 9 AM, worship service 10 AM, Sunday evening service 5 PM, and Wednesday evening service at 5 PM. Join them as they praise the Lord in song and learn His Word!
Mt. Hermon Baptist Church
The Women's Ministry had a wonderful turn out for their paint party, which was led by Original Cypress. They each painted a beautiful picture of sunflowers and butterflies with the Bible verse, Pray more. Worry less. Matthew 6:34.
Donations were recently delivered to the Friendship House in New Orleans by Beverly, Lisa Ann, Tina, Jan and Judith. They learned a lot about their ministry to homeless and poverty stricken women. Afterwards, lunch was enjoyed at Mother's Restaurant.
Mt. Hermon United Pentecostal Church
We are happy to announce the birth of our newest little member! Baby Judah Elijah Catchings was born February 27, 2024, weighing 8 lbs. and 2.3 oz. Judah is the first son of Jordan and Marcaila Catchings, and the baby brother of 3 sisters.
The Young at Hearts will meet this Thursday, the 14th, at The Burger Basket in Osyka, MS. They plan to meet there at 11:30 AM. All who are age 50 and older is invited for food, fun and fellowship!
