Silver Creek Campground will host a Corn Hole Tournament next Saturday, August 5th. The entry fee is $15 to play. Registration begins at 9:30 AM at the Pavilion, with Mr. Darren Higgs. The tournament starts at 10 AM. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place cash prizes will be given.

A new Principal has been chosen! Welcome to MHS, Ms. Stacy Bond! Many new faces will be on campus this upcoming school year, and MHS is excited to have them all as part of the MHS family.

Prep Day is this Thursday! 7th and 8th grade is from 8:30-10 AM, then 9th-12th grade is from 10-11:30 AM. Students must wear uniform shirt.
The Community Prayer Walk is this Saturday, July 29th at 8 AM. Prayers will be for all schools, students, faculty and staff everywhere. Everyone is encouraged to attend!
Mt. Hermon Baptist Church
A baby dedication was held on Sunday, July 16th for Lainey Beth Lee. She is the daughter of Josh and Regan Lee. It is a blessing for MHBC to have Josh, Regan and their two beautiful girls as part of the church family.
Mt. Hermon United Pentecostal Church
The Young at Hearts will meet on August 17th at 11:30 AM in Osyka, MS at The Burger Basket. Anyone age 50 or older is invited to join them for food, fun and fellowship.
Last Sunday, a beautiful drawing of a church was shown to the congregation to give everyone an idea of how our new church will look. Plans are being made to build a new and bigger church! This is an exciting time for us, as we expect great things happening in our church.
