Hello again everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful week. It's been kind of cold around here. As you read this, I hear that the weather man is predicting some more cold weather this weekend. Possibly even some snow. Guess we'll just have to wait and see. Here at my house, we have been burning up some firewood for sure. Please try to stay warm and if possible, check on the elderly in your area. If we do get snow and ice remember, limbs could break and fall on the power lines.
Well, the COVID bug didn't miss the Hunt house either. We are doing much better, thank the Lord, from having the virus. I have never seen so many people being diagnosed with a virus like this one. If you have symptoms, please stay inside. Some schools have even closed because of the COVID.
There will be a Benefit Dinner For Jase Cannon on Saturday, January 22th, 2022. The dinners will include 1/2 chicken, baked beans, Potato salad, cakeand bread. The cost per dinner is $10.00. Jase is the son of Andrew and Carla Adams, and the grandson of Kern and Joan Adams and HL and Regina Sumrall.
Jase is 14 years old and was just recently diagnosed with Leukemia. Dinners can be picked up in Pine at the home of Wesley and Stephanie Sumrall at 51206 Ralph Cotton Road from 10:00 to 12:00 with an Auction to follow at 12:00 noon OR picked up in Franklinton at the front entrance of Riverside Medical Center (drive through under the overhang) from 10:30 to 11:30.
