Hello again everyone. Well, it has come and gone for another year. The Washington Parish Free Fair I'm talking about. I know there was a lot of pros and cons about some of the entertainment this year and the bad language. I, for one, did not make it to any of the stage shows. However, The Good Lord did smile on us with some pretty good weather huh? I got to watch the parade with some of my family, including my brother, Rainey and his wife Martha from Tennessee. We ate lots of food, and enjoyed seeing a lot of folks we haven't seen in a while. Went to the rodeo on Friday night. I hope you were able to get out and go to the fair some as well.
I got them mustard green finally planted. It's so dry I have to keep them watered. If the good Lord blesses, I'll have plenty in a few weeks.
Love me some mustard greens and pot liquor.
