Hello again everyone and Happy New Year !! There is a traditional tale about New Year's Day. They say, whatever you do on New Year's Day, is what you will do all year long. Well, in my case, I sure hope and pray that is Not True!!. So, what did I do, you ask? I plum forgot about writing for the Pine, Thomas, and Stateline news. I sure hope I don't do that all year long. I do apologize to all my readers and to the Era-Leader paper. I promise I'll try to do better.
School has started back, and I'm sure all students , teachers, and staff are ready to kick off the second semester.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the families who mourn the loss off their loved ones, who were involved in the helicopter accident in the Gulf of Mexico. 2Corinthians 1:3 tells us that our God is a God of all comfort. May God continue to comfort all those affected by this tragedy.
