Hello again everyone. So, they tell me the ole groundhog saw his shadow. I just don't know how accurate that is, in South Louisiana.
Anyways, we kicked off a brand-new month. A lot going on this month. People getting ready for the Mardi Gras parades in our parish and men, don't forget Valentine's Day is just around the corner. Feb. 14th.
Pine Missionary Baptist Church held a "Unity Banquet" this past Saturday night. The ladies in charge of the decorating and the meal did an outstanding job. Those rib-eye steaks hit the spot.
