Hello again to everyone. I hope you all had a great week and weekend. Well, that week we have been looking has finally arrived. At the time I'm writing this, we have only 2 and a half days of school left. Seniors have graduated and now start a new chapter in their lives. Teachers ( and subs) and staff get a break. However, August 7th will be here before we know it.
Don't forget that Monday is Memorial Day. Please take the time to pause and remember all those who gave their lives, so that you and I might have the freedom we have today. I hope you have a safe and blessed Memorial Day.
Happy Birthday to the following: . . . Cade Crowe, Delores McNeese, Christie Reeves, James Barber, Dr. Jerry Thomas, and Deloris Luper.
Happy Anniversary to Pat & Sherry Pigott.
Please remember the following families in your prayers as they mourn the loss of their loved ones: . . . . the Lois Tynes Family, and the Justin Crain Family.
Stateline Missionary Baptist Church will have VBS May 29th - June 2nd, from 9:00am to 12 noon each day. Each day, everyone can become part of history as they see, hear, touch, and even taste what it was like to live in Babylon!. Each child attending will need a registration form filled out. The pastor Eld. Trey Jenkins and the church invite you to attend.
Last week's Bible question: . . . .. When Hezekiah heard that Sennacherib had invaded Judah, what did he do to the water supply? ... The answer is, He stopped or blocked the water. Found in 2 Chronicles 32:3
This week's Bible question: . . . There are a lot of "first" in the Bible. What is the first fruit of the Spirit? Where found?
Quote for the week: . . . . .“The only difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra.” -Jimmy Johnson
Have a blessed week.
Till next time:
