Hello again everyone. I do hope you all had a wonderful week. Did you get to make it to the Franklinton Christmas Parade? We did and I thought it was an awesome parade. All the lighted floats were beautiful. As a sub at Enon Elementary, I thought they had a very well lighted float. It did my heart good to hear all those students yelling, " Hey Mr. Hunt". After the parade we were able to make it to Mile Branch in the fairgrounds. Everything was all decorated wonderfully. The "live" walk thru, of the "Life of Christ" was very nice. Thanks to all who volunteered to make this event happen.
So, do you have all your Christmas shopping done. It seems the time is running out fast.
Pine Missionary Baptist will have a "youth" Christmas singing on Sunday evening Dec. 12th at 5:30. You are invited to attend this singing.
Happy Birthday to the following: Gary Garner, Logan Seals, Trevor Jenkins, and Myron Tullos.
Please remember the following families in your prayers as they mourn the loss of their loved ones. .. The Leory Anthony Barrios family, The Samuel Wilkes family, and The Gerald A. Jones family.
Last week's question:
Which book of the Bible (KJV) begins with the following sentence? "Now it came to pass in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land". The answer is the Book of Ruth. Thanks for to all who participated.
This week's question: . . . . Absalom got his head caught in the branches of a ________________ tree. Fill in the blank and tell where found.
I hope you all have a blessed and safe week.
Till next time, Lerand Hunt
