Hello there again everybody! First thing right off bat, I want to apologize to all the readers, who faithfully read this column. Last week I did type up a column for the paper but evidently, I didn't hit the correct button. Me and this computer 'bout to round and round in my office and I have a pretty good idea who is gonna win!
Anyways, have you had enough hot weather or what!! It's been many a year since I've seen this many 100 degree days in a row. And dry, man is it dry. Please be in prayer for us to get some rain. Also, please be very careful, with any fire. Please know that our parish is under a "No Burn Ban" until further notice. Pray for our firefighters who are risking their lives, fighting these fires. Be considerate and don't throw out your cigarette or cigar butts.
