I'm sure you all are getting ready for Thanksgiving Day. I know we are. As a child of God , I know that every day we have is a day of thanksgiving. We have been so blessed by the best.
I was glad to hear that the "burn ban" was lifted. However, please take caution as you burn and start fires outside. I'm writing this the day of the "run-off" election. By the time you read this we should know who has won what office.
Congratulations once again to the Pine High School Raider football team. They won the 2nd round playoff game this past Friday night. Now they move on to the 3rd round of playoffs. The Pine Raiders will go against the panthers of Sterlington, La. I looked that place up on the map and I see it is way up North Louisiana. Go Raiders !!!

Last week's Bible question: ........... . . How many times and where will you find the exact phrase "be thankful" and also the exact phrase "be ye thankful" in your KJV Bible? The answer: ... From my research I found "be thankful" one time and that is Psalms 100:4. I also found "be ye thankful" one time and that found in Colossians 3:15. I know there are many more verses in the Bible that mentions about being thankful, but I thought it kind of neat that these 2 phrases were listed only one time each.
