'Whatcha Cookin' in the Neighborhood Cheesy Cauliflower Soup 1 head of fresh cauliflower (broken apart, cleaned & rinsed) in a boiling pot covered with water. Boil cauliflower until tender. Add 1 stick margarine, a pinch of garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. 3-4 slices of thick soft block cheese (Velveeta), stir on low heat to keep from scorching. For thicker soup, mix a tablespoon of flour with water and pour into cauliflower soup. Simple and very Tasty. \
