When you finish browning ground meat, always rinse it off and your food should not be greasy. No more greasy chili!
Try This
Double line your sink with aluminum foil, making a dent in the center without piercing it. Place a colander on top of foil then strain or pour whatever grease/fat dripping into it and the foil will catch it. You can let the grease cool or immediately discard it.
