What's Going On
Women's Conference
Saturday (24th) I attended a Virtuous Women's Conference at Union Chapel AME Church sponsored by the Women Missionary Society. The Guest Speakers were Mrs. Ann Dyson and Ms. Kewanda August.
They both delivered heartfelt and unforgettable messages. Throughout the program there were intervention periods. Ms. Jennie Jones performed a Soul saving act that touched everyone's heart. Many Door Prizes were awarded. After the program a delicious luncheon was held in the Fellowship Hall. The Hall was beautifully decorated in blue and white. It was GORGEOUS! The meal consisted of pork roast, baked ham, green beans, green salad and dinner rolls. There were a choice of cake, fruit, or cookies at the dessert table. Punch or Tea were the beverages choice.

Try This
If you mix up a older battery with new battery - don't worry - drop them on end. The old battery will bounce, but the new charged battery mostly does not bounce at all.
Weekly Humor
After receiving his first paycheck, a teenager came home upset and threatened to quit. He said his job gave away some of his money.
His father asked who was the job giving his money to? The upset teenager said, "Someone named F.I.C.A.!"
His father said, "Keep working because F.I.C.A. is getting mine too."
